The engine starts with the latest candle’s high, low, and close to form a pivot (P) and the classic R1/R2/R3 and S1/S2/S3 family. It then adds swing highs and lows from the last ~80 candles and clusters prices that sit close together so you are not shown 20 overlapping lines.
