How today’s Bitcoin session is framed
“Today” here means the rolling 24-hour window used by most spot BTC/USD feeds, not a single timezone’s cash-market close. That is why the change percentage can differ from a midnight-to-midnight chart in your local time.
Use the high and low to see whether price is stretched. A quote sitting near the session high with an overbought RSI is a different tape than a bounce off the session low. The forecast card translates that into bullish and bearish probabilities.
